How To Process A Silk Accessories Order?

Before offering a quote, please discuss the silk accessories order with us and supply us the below information

▶Fabric material. What silk fabric for your custom silk accessories products, such as silk satin, silk twill, silk chiffon. Weight: which momme.
 
▶Your Design. Plain color dyed or printed? You can show us your custom silk accessories designs and we can advise the craft.    

▶ Silk accessories size. What is the size of your scarf and tie? Since the size will affect the prices, popular square scarf size are 90x90,110x110 or 140x140, 45*45, 55x55, 68x68cm, oblong scarf size:55x175cm, 65x180cm, 68x190cm or can be customized.  Regular size of silk pillowcase: 50*75cm (20*30”), 50*80cm (20*33”) and 50*90cm (20*36”)

▶ Quantity of your custom silk accessories order.  The prices and printing method are based on the quantity and the custom production cost are big different for different quantity orders. The digital printing is good for small orders, and screen printing is better for big orders.

After receive your order information, we will measure the cost for you.


3. Place the sampling order. 

 After you agree the prices, we will make the samples for you confirm before the bulk order production. The sampling cost is high, it is not just selling a sample to clients. In the sampling service, we can improve it and discuss the silk accessories with clients. If you can not confirm the samples, we will do sampling again and again until you feel satisficing.  


4. Place the bulk order. 

After you confirm the samples, you can place the bulk order. The payment term is 30% deposit and pay the balance payment before the shipping. 


5. Production of your order. 

In the production, our team will follow each step of production, and do inspection from basic silk fabrics, half finishing and to final finished silk. 


6. Shipment of your silk accessories order. 

After finished the production and pass the strict inspection, we will ship the silks to you. The small orders could be express delivery, such as DHL, FedEx, and UPS. The big orders could delivery by air and sea.
