As international trader, we only accept bank transfer for bulk order payment. Because the goods need to be exporting to you.
Where do you like the files to be uploaded to?
You can send the artworks to us by wetransfer.com, or google drive.
Can I order silk accessories with my own design and Logo?
Definitely Yes, your own designs are very welcome. We have 20 years customized experience silk accessories production experience, and we can make products according to your any specific requirement.
Could I order a sample to check quality before the bulk order?
Sure, we have sampling service for clients. But we need to charge sampling fee, digital printing about $50-$100 per design and screen printing (screen making cost) about $50-80 per screen.
Do you guarantee your silk accessories or silk fabrics’ quality?
Definitely Yes. Yueran Textile have own strict quality inspection team, and we inspect each silk products before shipping. We also do quality control in the production and track the production from basic silk fabrics to semi-finished goods and finished silk fabric and silk accessories.
Can you accept order in small quantity?
Small orders are welcome, the MOQ could be discussable.
How to send your products to us?
Small orders will be shipped by express company, such as DHL, FedEx and UPS. Big orders are shipped by air or by sea.
Do you send out silk fabric samples?
Yes, the free basic silk fabric material samples could be supplied by us. But the delivery cost is paid by clients.
I will send you the design in which form and resolution for printing?
Artwork File Form: JPG/JPEG/PNG/PDF/TIFF/AI (AI file is the best for the printing), the file resolution needs to be over 300 dpi.
