1. Payment
The Payment term could be discussed. Most international business use bank transfer, some small payments could be paid by other ways.
Bulk order payment: T/T, L/C
Small order payment: Credit Card, Bank transfer, Paypal
Bulk order payment term: 30% payment is paid in advance, and the balance payment is paid before shipping
2. Tax Free of order
For big order, we process the exporting of order. The price is tax free in China. The payment only accepts the Bank transfer.
3. Customs duty tax
Different countries have their different customs duty tax rate, please check the tax rate with your local customs. The customs duty tax is paid by clients.
4. Protection of your designs
Some designs and artworks are protected by us, we do not use them in other clients’ orders or sell them. It could be guaranteed by us.
5. Eco-friendly printed silk fabrics or dyed silk fabrics
We guaranteed our silk fabrics only use the Eco-friendly dyes and inks, and they are AZO Free.
6. Quality control
All our custom silk accessories and silk fabrics are strict inspected during all phases of the production. Those that do not pass our strict quality controls are neither delivered nor charged to our customers.
7. Colors matching system
The Pantone TPX and TCX are used in our color matching. Normally we make a sample for you confirm the colors firstly. You also can send us your original sample colors for matching the colors.
8. The final quantity of order (more
or less on the quantity)
The silk fabrics, silk scarves, silk pillowcases
and other silk accessories are custom produced, the final produced quantity of goods
will be in a range about 5% more or less on the quantity. Except some small
orders, the range need to be 10% more or less on the quantit
9. Silk fabric length
Our silk fabric length is 45-48 meters per roll, some silk
fabrics length are 75-95 meters per roll.
